Founder/Clinical Director

It takes a lot of strength to show up for yourself in a new vulnerable way. I’m happy you are here. As a clinician, I enjoy working with values of curiosity and collaboration. You are the expert of your life and allowing for curiosity and collaboration as a team we can find ways to support your needs, sustainably. I have the past experiences of providing trauma-based therapy for individuals of all ages; supporting parents through many life transitions; among many other experiences that allow guidance and perspective to support clients.

It’s important for you to know that I’ll never say I have the answers, but what I can offer is a listening ear and strategies to support where you would like to be in life. Through working together we will explore different sensory techniques, and mindful-based tools to span across all areas of your life. So, whether you are in need of support at work due to stress, relationship-building skills, assistance with anxiety and/or depression, self-esteem; or, simply encouragement for your next step in life, I am in your corner. We will work through your concerns together.

Meet Lydia. Her mission is to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds. With a deep commitment to decolonizing mental health, Lydia believes healing is most effective when it respects and embraces the diverse cultures, experiences, and identities of each client. Whether exploring generational trauma or using cultural traditions for strength, Lydia weaves your cultural tapestry into your therapeutic work.
